Quality Assurance Support
We provide robust quality assurance audits under the legislative framework, providing detailed action plans, and outlining tasks under the specific legislation and quality standards ready for Ofsted registration or inspection. We can also offer Regulation 44 visits and regular audits for Supported Accommodation providers. Additionally, we offer support in preparation for Local authority QA audits, ensuring you have everything needed.

Reflective supervision
Our reflective supervision service is available to practitioners across the sector. From support workers and Registered Service Managers to Responsible or Nominated Individuals, we provide reflective supervision to support colleagues in developing their management skills, while reflecting upon practice and keeping their safeguarding knowledge up to date.
